Denise Harrison
Owner
Denise Harrison, a Biology Major from Miami University, joined the company with determination, curiosity, and a willingness to learn every part of the tree care industry. Despite early skepticism due to her gender, Denise quickly proved herself through hands-on work, from ground operations to chainsaw mastery.
Today, Denise is an owner of Harrison’s Pro Tree Service, a Certified Arborist, Tree Risk Assessment Qualified professional, and licensed pesticide applicator. She helped build the business from the ground up and continues to focus on team development, proper tree care practices, community education, and the growth of the company’s services.
Denise takes pride in seeing her team learn, thrive, and grow. She enjoys walking different properties, assessing trees, educating customers, and helping preserve the trees throughout the communities Harrison’s serves.
Jeff Harrison
Owner
Jeff Harrison’s journey into entrepreneurship and tree care began in his youth, cutting grass for neighbors to earn extra money. After graduating from Franklin High School and studying business at Miami University, that early venture grew into Preferred Lawn and Landscape before eventually becoming the specialized tree service company now known as Harrison’s Pro Tree Service.
As owner, Jeff oversees field operations, safety training, equipment purchases, and equipment maintenance. His decades of experience and practical leadership help keep the company focused on safe, efficient, and professional tree care.

Alexis Moore
Executive Assistant
Alexis Moore supports the office team in a wide range of administrative responsibilities, from data entry to helping manage Denise’s schedule. Her role keeps important details organized behind the scenes and helps the team stay on track throughout the day.
Alexis enjoys working alongside Denise and appreciates the opportunity to keep learning as she grows in her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, working out, shopping, creating art, playing sports, and traveling.
Brandy Knott
Office Manager
Brandy serves as Office Manager for Harrison’s Pro Tree Service, helping keep daily operations organized and moving smoothly. With more than two decades of experience in office management and accounting, she handles important responsibilities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, job scheduling, expense reconciliation, customer communication, and support for the owners.
Brandy takes pride in working efficiently and helping schedule productive days for the crews. She enjoys the flexibility, the supportive work environment, and the people she works with, especially her coworkers and leadership team. Outside the office, Brandy enjoys camping, spending time with family, especially her grandbabies, riding motorcycles on nice days, and serving on the Ladies Auxiliary board.
Jen Snowden
Human Resources
Jen Snowden supports Harrison’s Pro Tree Service through her work in human resources, helping with hiring, internal processes, and the people-focused systems that keep the company growing. With over a decade of HR experience, Jen brings organization, care, and perspective to her role.
She enjoys working with her coworkers, helping the company create new processes, and playing a part in bringing more great people onto the team. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, and playing pickleball.
Mary Odeh
Business Development
Mary Odeh works in business development for Harrison’s Pro Tree Service, helping connect customers with the right tree care solutions while promoting safety, education, and responsible care for local trees. She is also a TCIA Tree Care Specialist, bringing added knowledge and professionalism to her work.
Mary enjoys that her work has purpose. She values helping people feel safer and more informed about their trees, and she takes pride in being part of a strong team. She also enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and ending each day knowing she made a difference. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside, supporting her community, fishing, camping, and sports.
Connor Dennis
Groundsman and Equipment Operator
Connor Dennis works as a groundsman and equipment operator, helping keep job sites running safely and smoothly from the ground. His role supports the crew through teamwork, communication, and dependable equipment operation.
Connor enjoys running the loader and being part of a cooperative team. He takes pride in helping the crew work together efficiently and safely. Outside of work, Connor enjoys going to the gym and working on cars. He also values kindness and brings that mindset with him both on and off the job.
Tyler Durham
Groundsman
Tyler Durham works as a groundsman, helping support the crew and protect each customer’s property throughout the job. His focus is on making sure the work is completed efficiently, effectively, and with care for the home and yard.
Tyler enjoys being part of a motivated crew that takes pride in its work. He appreciates the active, outdoor nature of tree care and enjoys the constant movement and sunshine that come with the job. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys shooting clay pigeons, riding ATVs, racing cars, and spending time with friends. He is also fluent in American Sign Language.
Johnathon Goodpaster
Crew Leader, Bucket Truck Operator, Climber
Johnathan Goodpaster serves as a crew leader, bucket truck operator, and climber for Harrison’s Pro Tree Service. With over a decade of experience in tree care, he brings skill, leadership, and hands-on knowledge to the job site.
Johnathan enjoys the close-knit team environment at Harrison’s and says his coworkers feel like family. He takes pride in customer satisfaction and getting the job done right. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, riding four-wheelers, spending time with family, traveling, paintball, and hunting. He also once played paintball on a professional team.
William Watkins
Groundsman
William Watkins works as a groundsman and also assists with climbing and bucket truck work. With more than five years of experience, he brings reliability, dedication, and a strong work ethic to the crew.
William enjoys being part of the team and takes pride in the dedication he and his coworkers bring to each job. He appreciates the changing scenery that comes with outdoor work and the opportunity to be in a different setting from day to day. Outside of work, William enjoys hiking, fishing, spending time with his wife and 3 children, and playing video games.
Craig Kovach
Equipment Operator
Craig Kovach works as an equipment operator and also assists with trimming trees. He helps keep job sites moving efficiently by operating equipment safely and supporting the crew wherever needed.
Craig enjoys working with friends and being part of a crew that works well together. He takes pride in helping customers’ trees look better and appreciates that outdoor work brings something different every day. Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, and playing video games.
Dylan Patrick
Bucket Truck Operator
Dylan Patrick works as a bucket truck operator, helping set up job sites and execute tree trimming and removal work safely and efficiently. With about a decade of experience, Dylan brings focus, skill, and pride to each project.
Dylan enjoys working with his friends and being part of a team where he feels valued. He takes pride in caring for people’s trees and helping customers feel better about the safety and appearance of their property. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys bowling, riding four-wheelers, driving his Pontiac GTO, and spending time with family.
Joshua Harman
Groundsman and Bucket Truck Operator
Joshua Harman works as a groundsman and bucket truck operator, supporting the crew through safe, efficient tree care and cleanup. He values teamwork and understands how important communication is on a busy job site.
Joshua takes pride in cleanups and helping leave properties looking good when the work is complete. He enjoys being outside in the fresh air and working with a crew that moves together as a team. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys dirt bikes, spending time with his daughters, music, football, and collecting cologne.
Sye Carder
Climber and Groundsman
Sye Carder works as both a climber and groundsman, helping with tree work from the ground and in the canopy. His role requires focus, care, and a strong understanding of how each part of the job fits together.
Sye enjoys the work itself and the people he works with. He takes pride in pruning and doing things the right way, especially when the goal is to protect the health, structure, and appearance of a tree. Outside of work, Sye enjoys spending time with his dog and cats, trying new restaurants, and collecting cologne.
Jermel Carton
Groundsman
Jermel Carton works as a groundsman for Harrison’s Pro Tree Service, helping keep job sites moving safely and efficiently. He enjoys the fast pace of the work and brings an energetic, active mindset to the crew.
Jermel takes pride in doing things with care and striving for excellence in everything he does. He also enjoys working outdoors and being around nature. Outside of work, Jermel enjoys working out, playing flag football, and staying active.
