2. Schedule an On-Site Visit
We believe in the value of a personal touch. That's why we schedule an on-site visit to assess your trees and property firsthand. This allows us to understand the scope of work, address any concerns you may have, and provide a more accurate and comprehensive quote.
3. Receive Your Written Quote
Transparency is key to our operations. Most jobs will receive a written quote on-site, detailing the services recommended, the scope of work, and the estimated cost. We aim to provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
4. Job Acceptance and Scheduling
Once you've reviewed and accepted the quote, we'll proceed to schedule your service. Our online acceptance process is designed for your convenience, allowing you to sign off on the job and choose a date for the service that works best for you.
5. Pre-Service Communication
We keep you informed every step of the way. A week before the scheduled service, we'll send a reminder and a preparation list to ensure everything is set for a smooth operation. This includes any necessary preparations on your part to facilitate access or protect your property.
6. Day of Service
On the day of service, our skilled crew arrives ready to work. Equipped with the latest tools and techniques, we ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to your daily life. Our team is trained to treat your property with the utmost respect and care.
7. Payment and Follow-Up
After the service is completed, payment can be made directly to the crew or through an invoice sent to you, which can be paid online via ACH debit or credit card (with a nominal fee). Once payment is processed, we'll send a paid invoice and a link to review our services. Your feedback is invaluable to us, helping us to continuously improve and serve you better.
