Denise Harrison, a Biology Major from Miami University, joined the company with a fierce determination and a willingness to learn. Despite initial skepticism due to her gender, Denise quickly proved her mettle, mastering every aspect of the job from ground operations to chainsaw mastery. Her journey from a hardworking groundsman to the Business and Sales Manager of Harrison’s Pro Tree Service is a story of perseverance, skill, and passion for the tree care industry.
Jeff Harrison
Owner
Jeff Harrison’s journey into the world of entrepreneurship and tree care began in his youth, cutting grass for neighbors to earn extra money. This early venture blossomed into a full-fledged business after graduating from Franklin High School in 1993 and attending Miami University as a Business Major. What started as Preferred Lawn and Landscape eventually transformed into a specialized tree service company, laying the foundation for Harrison’s Pro Tree Service.
Brandy Knott
Accounting / Office Manager
Brandy has been a part of our team for 4 years. She is from Franklin, Ohio and she is a loving aunt and partner. She is also a member of Denise’s family. She has been in the accounting/office manager field for 20+ years. The job opportunity came to her at the perfect time. Her position is the office manager. In her free time, she enjoys camping, riding the motorcycle on nice days, and being around her family. Her favorite things about working with the company are the people, especially the bosses. She says she loves the work environment and loves going on the annual company trip to Norris Lake!
Craig Kovach
Groundsman & Equip. Operator
Craig has been a part of our team for 5 plus years. He is 25 years old and is from Middletown, Ohio. Craig is a groundsman and equipment operator. In his free time, Craig enjoys playing sports, being outdoors, playing video games, and watching marvel movies! His favorite thing about working with the crew is being able to work with his best friends everyday!
Dylan Patrick
Foreman
Dylan has been a part of our team for 5 plus years. He is 25 years old and is a loving father and partner. Dylan is a bucket truck operator and foreman. Outside of work Dylan enjoys watching football, driving his Pontiac GTO, and spending time with loved ones. His favorite thing about working with Harrison’s is the camaraderie and feeling valued.
Johnathon Goodpaster
Groundsman, Equip. Operator & Foreman
Johnathon has been a part of our team now for 2 1/2 years and has 10-plus years of experience. He is 29 years old and is a loving father and fiance. His duties include tree climbing, operating the bucket, and foreman work. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family and doing outdoor activities, especially fishing. His favorite part about working with the company is the guys are like his brothers and they are on big family!
